I do not succeed in connecting the adapter to the wireless network by using the “WLAN settings” menu.

Try the following:

• Follow the setup guide in the application¹
• If the setup guide does not solve the problem:

1. If your network is not visible, refer to “My network is not visible in the network dropdown list”.
2. Make sure your wireless network name (SSID) does not include special characters such as “ ‘, %, &, ?, +, =, …” or non-ASCII characters. They are not supported by the WLAN adapter.
3. Make sure to use a compatible security setting. The WLAN adapter supports only WPA or WPA2 personal encryption. WEP encryption is not supported.
