Please verify that the date on your Daikin user interface is correctly configured. If the date is not correctly configured, the Daikin LAN adapter will not be able to setup a secure connection towards the cloud and registration will fail.
The date of your unit can be verified via the application by going to you unit settings:
- Select your unit from the unit overview screen
- Select the “gear icon” in the top right corner
- The date can only be adjusted via the Altherma user interface
- The date can only be adjusted via the “Daikin Online Control Heating” application. Select the Time to synchronize the time of your smartphone with the user interface.
